Upon submission of my Membership Application to Skipsource.com, I understand, acknowledge and agree that I have retained the services of Skipsource.com (MRG) for the purpose of fulfilling my information requests in exchange for the applicable fees. I do hereby guarantee to MRG, that I have submitted my valid credit card information in order to pay such fees. I understand that MRG will not conduct report requests without my valid credit card information for payment of the applicable fee.

I understand that the staff of MRG is highly skilled at investigative research, and that they maintain and have access to proprietary investigative resources that allow them to provide the most currently available data pertinent to any Service offered on the Skipsource.com website. MRG does hereby guarantee that they will diligently attempt to respond to any information request I make, by providing me with the most current information possible. MRG guarantees that if my information requests is specifically for the purpose of locating an individual, I will not be charged they are unable to provide me with data that is more current than the information which I already provided on my information request form.

MRG cannot and does not make any guarantee as to the results of any information request if I have failed to provide accurate information, or I am not able to provide an accurate first or last name of any individual I am seeking to locate. MRG cannot reasonably be expected to obtain information for inaccurate, false, erroneous, or unreasonable requests (i.e. requests about people that don't exist, or use more than one identity and/or Social Security number, or are fugitives from the law, or are incarcerated in an undisclosed state, or are deceased.

I understand that my services fee will not be refunded if the individual I am seeking has a very common first and last name and I AM NOT able to provide at least one of the following: a) accurate date of birth; b) social security number c) residence address within the past 10 years d) full name of current spouse If I cannot provide any of the information listed, I understand that the staff of MRG will return a list of all matches to me, based on the data I have submitted.

I also do hereby faithfully pledge, that my all my information requests and data searches in no way involve any intention on my part to harm, to cause harm, to harass, to stalk (as described by applicable laws), or to otherwise take any illegal action against any individual person or persons, or any business party or parties. Should I become suspect to any illegal action against any individual or business party subject to my information requests or searches, I do hereby give my full consent to MRG to disclose any and all information about me, and about this transaction to the proper authorities.

I do hereby agree that information obtained through MRG will only be used for the purpose of: 1)a commonly recognized business use whereby the business for which you seek the information has a preexisting business relationship with the subject of the inquiry; or 2) a use which will clearly cause no emotional, physical or financial harm to any person or company, organization or third party which is subject to the inquiry; or 3) a use that is relevant to the subject matter of a documented civil or criminal action.

I agree to use the data obtained from MRG for fair, ethical, legal and moral purposes only. Use of the information obtained from MRG in the course of or planning of stalking, identity theft or fraud is explicitly prohibited and will immediately be reported to the proper authorities.

You, the customer agree to indemnify MRG and its suppliers, employees and officers for all damages, claims, or losses suffered by you or any party subject to any information requests as a result of possible claims by third parties, relating to use of the data provided by MRG. MRG promotes only responsible use of the information that we provide. Therefore we state to you the viewer or user that:

"Data obtained from MRG should not be used in part or in whole to determine a consumer's eligibility for credit, employment, insurance or any other purpose for which a consumer report would be obtained. If adverse action is to be taken against the consumer data subject and the information to be used has been obtained from MRG, it must be verified from another source prior to adverse action."

MRG shall be fully indemnified from any and all claims and consequences arising out of information found or not found through the use of this website. Likewise, you attest that you have not misrepresented yourself, your company, organization or your purpose for viewing the SkipSource.com website or for ordering searches from MRG. You understand that misrepresentation in this agreement may results in civil and criminal action against you and your organization, employees and affiliates. Customer is hereby notified that data from MRG is developed using standard methods including public records, and third-party information sources. MRG shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages of any type. We reserve the right to refuse any client or any specific requests at any time and cooperate with law enforcement officials when misuse of information is suspected. You the Customer/Buyer assumes all related legal liability, and by ordering services from MRG and/or any of it's websites, consents to waive all claims against MRG resulting from searches. Customer agrees to hold MRG, its officers, employees, and vendors harmless, and to indemnify MRG from any and all claims that may result from customer/buyer's request.

You the Customer/Buyer warrants that requested searches are legal and proper in his/her jurisdiction, as well as that of subjects jurisdiction, and complies with all applicable laws (local and state) and Buyer bears full legal costs in event of suit, and further will hold all information strictly confidential. All information obtained through MRG is to be used in the course of applicable FCRA approved purposes.

No refunds, exchanges, or credit will be given to any customer unless MRG fails to provide information on a legitimate and accurate request, in accordance with this agreement. Customer/viewer/buyer is solely responsible for accurately filling out order form and selecting appropriate search request. MRG cannot be held responsible for typos or mistakes given in the ordering information entered by customer. Because all orders are processed immediately, no cancellations allowed or accepted once an order has been submitted.

Client/Buyer/Viewer agrees that visitation to any MRG website or placing of a search request is not for the purpose of entrapment, a sting operation, or pursuit of MRG, its employees, vendors, clients, affiliates nor officers. Search discrepancies must be reported within 30 days. All unpaid fees are subject to 20% interest 30 days from the date of service. Buyer consents to suit in jurisdiction of MRG's choice should it become necessary to collect delinquent fees. Buyer understands that returned checks and declined credit card transactions will be charged an additional $25.00 fee. Although service fees change from time to time, your fee for the requested service is guaranteed upon submission of your request.

Buyer hereby fully acknowledges, agrees and gives consent to all terms and conditions as amended by MRG from time to time.
